how much is the deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your event is not officially booked until the deposit and signed agreement are received.

do you travel?
Absolutely! We love celebrating with you wherever your event takes place. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Contact us with your venue details for a personalized quote.
when is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event date. Your date must be paid in full before your event takes place.
what if my venue changes?
No problem! Simply let us know as soon as possible. We’ll update your event details and confirm that the new venue meets our setup and space requirements. Additional travel fees may apply.
What space size is required?
We recommend a minimum 10' x 10' space for a comfortable booth setup, along with access to a standard electrical outlet within approximately 25 feet. Exact space requirements may vary depending on your selected experience.
do you provide an attendant?
Yes! Our booth experiences include a professional booth attendant who will assist with setup, operation, and guest experience so you can enjoy your event without worrying about the details.
can my photobooth overlay be customized?
Absolutely! Your photo booth experience can be customized to complement your event. From names and dates to colors, fonts, logos, and personalized designs, we can create an overlay that feels completely yours.
What happens if my event runs late?
Your booth rental is reserved for the contracted time. If your event runs past your scheduled rental period, additional booth time may be available for a fee per additional hour, based on availability.
